  • Arrival: Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • Session Length: Each headshot appointment lasts 2-3 minutes

  • Image Selection: Choose your favorite image on-site to ensure you’re happy with the final result. Your proofing gallery will be available immediately sent via email. Please bring your phone for easy access.

  • What to Wear:
    Sharply dressed, with a modern and relaxed feel

    Preferred clothing colors: Navy, grey, white/cream, blues

    Avoid bold patterns and visible logos

    Men: Blazer or suit jacket with a crisp button down, no ties

    Women: Business professional, polished (Keep in mind silky, light-colored fabrics may create show-through when a flash is used – Layer with a blazer if in doubt)
