How to Prepare Your Team for Headshots
Schedule:
I provide organized scheduling options to keep your headshot day running smoothly and efficiently. Whether we’re photographing five people or fifty. I’ll work with you to create a timeline that fits your team’s workflow with minimal disruption.
What to wear:
It’s helpful if your team coordinates on a general dress code, think business formal, business casual, or a more relaxed uniform vibe.
Everyone doesn’t need to match exactly, but sticking to a shared color palette (like navy, gray, white, or soft tones) helps create a unified look.
Day of Session:
On the day of your session, I’ll arrive an hour before start time to set up and make sure everything is ready to go. Each team member will be guided through their headshot with simple posing direction and on-site image selection, so everyone walks away feeling confident about their photo.
Image Delivery:
Final retouched images are delivered in an organized online gallery, with each file renamed to the team member’s name for easy use. You’ll receive one fully retouched image per person

I can accommodate small teams or large teams. We’ll discuss your team size during booking and create a schedule that keeps things efficient. I have photographed teams as small as 3 and as large as 130 in one day.

Most staff headshots only take 5 minutes per person. This way, they are back to work with minimal disruption to their day.

Yes! If your company has specific lighting, backdrop, or posing requirements, I can match the look to ensure consistency across your team.

Yes. I offer instant image selection on-site so each person can pick their favorite right away. Since your staff sees their headshots before I leave, and if they aren’t happy with their image we can reshoot right away.

Absolutely. I offer both in-studio and on-location sessions. I bring professional lighting and backdrops to you for a seamless setup. On-location sessions require a $150 set-up fee.

Yes, all final images include natural retouching to enhance but not alter your look.

If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible. I’ll work with you to find another time that fits your schedule. Just give me at least 72 hours’ notice if at all possible.

Yes! If you'd like a group or team shot, we can absolutely add that on to your session. We can either start with group shots or end with them.

Same-day proofing is ensures you see your photos right away, and retouched images are typically delivered within 24 hours.

Booking a few weeks in advance is ideal, especially for larger teams or on-location sessions. Pending availability, I am available with less notice as well.
